Ashley Virgin

I’m a mother of two and breast fed both my son and daughter for 18 months each. I also pumped on occasion as well for each of them. For the past 10 years I’ve been a mechanic in the Army Reserves but am currently serving in the IRR while also enrolled in school for pre nursing. My goal is to also become a certified doula this year. I’m married to a former active duty Army member who after 13 years switched to the National Guard to become a helicopter pilot which means we will get to stay in Alaska for good. My husband and I both grew up in Alaska and I’m beyond excited that we will be able to raise our children there as well.

Fun Fact: At one point in time, myself and my 3 brothers were all serving in the Army together.
