Ashley Sylwestrak

I am married to an amazing and supportive husband and together we raise our four children – three girls and one boy. We are a National Guard family that is happily settled in Dayton, Ohio.

I began my career as a breastfeeding peer for WIC. From there I went on to train as a postpartum doula and became a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I am currently in the process of becoming a Certified as a Lactation Educator as well as a Certified as a New Parent Educator to better assist my community in breastfeeding and newborn care. I took a position with Military Mommies as Dayton, Ohio’s representative to offer support with breast pump and postpartum needs.

I breastfed and pumped with all four of my children. I will be able to use my personal and professional education and experience to support you and help you reach your breastfeeding and pumping goal. I will provide a non-judgemental approach in supporting you in your choices.
